The Art of the Box Lunch
The Art of the Box Lunch book grew out of an assignment for “The Art of Eating” Critical Writing seminar at the University of Pennsylvania. During the fall of 2007, students in the course worked in Penn’s Rare Book and Manuscript Library researching the Chef Fritz Blank cookery collection. Four student essays were published in The Art of the Box Lunch. Below is a PDF link to the book itself, with an introduction by Thomas Devaney.
